Katara is... Dead?

If I remember correctly, Aunt wu told Katara (in Avatar: The last airbender) that she would die after her great fourth grandchild was born. In epsiode ten Pema and Tenzin had their fourth child, Roha. Does this mean Katara is dead?! If she is I'm guessing alot of people would feel quite sad, so will I! She's been with us ever since the start and I didn't really expect you'd ever see her dead. If she is dead, how'll you feel? Do you think it's her time now?
